  • Card on File/Deposits

    Please keep in mind a card on file will be required to book appointments with our artists. A Deposits of $50+ is required to confirm all appointments. All deposits are non refundable.

    Consultations

    A 30 minute consultation is required with all extension services. Extension consultations require a 50% deposit to confirm installation appointment.

    Accessibility

    Our space is in a charming, historic building on the second floor. Unfortunately, this means we are not able to provide wheelchair access at this time. We truly apologize for this limitation.

  • Our salon asks that you please bring only yourself to your appointment . Any extra guest or children should be receiving a service by one of the artists.

    Parking Information

    Because we are located downtown, parking can be limited—especially during Padres season and other local events.

    Recommended Parking Options:

    • Paid street parking (availability varies)

    On Padres game days and event nights, we highly recommend arriving early, using a rideshare service, or arranging drop-off as parking fills quickly.

  • Cancellations

    In order to respect the time of both clients and artist, we require 48 hour notice.

    If client needs to cancel their appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled service, the client will incur 50% of service fee. This will not be credited to any future services.

    Late Policy

    We understand life happens, so if you are running late please call to inform us.

    Our stylist will make every effort to accommodate the services scheduled; however, after 15 minutes, you are subject to the cancellation policy fee, and will need to reschedule your appointment.

  • “No Shows/ No call” will no longer be able to book with our artist.

  • The Consult HQ has the right to refuse service to anyone.
